AI and automation for the work that consumes your team’s week.

We find the process that takes the most time, build the automation inside your own cloud, and hand it over running, tested and secure. Your data stays where it already lives, and a person still approves anything that matters.

Your cloud
Built in your Azure, AWS or Google Cloud account, using your own enterprise AI services.
Fixed prices
A fixed-price audit first, then a fixed price for the build before any work starts.
Security first
Twenty-five years of building systems for government and regulated industry.

The work

Repetitive, document-heavy work that still needs a person’s judgement

Most teams have one or two processes that quietly take days each week. These are the ones we usually start with.

  • Invoices and supplier documents

Read as they arrive, matched to the purchase order, coded, and the exceptions put in front of the right person.

  • Intake forms and applications

Checked for completeness, sorted and routed, with the reason for each decision recorded.

  • Reports and briefs

First drafts assembled from your own systems and documents, ready for someone to review and sign.

  • Quotes, take-offs and tenders

Quantities and requirements pulled from drawings and documents into your own templates.

  • Case notes and inspections

Summarised and filed against the right record, with the source kept alongside.

  • Copying between systems

The re-keying from one system to another that nobody should be doing by hand.

Where the work needs judgement, a person still makes the call. The automation does the reading, sorting and drafting.

Services

Three steps, each priced before it starts

  1. 01

    Audit

We get into your systems, process and people to find the one workflow worth automating first, and give you a fixed price to build it.

    A$2,500 to A$3,500 plus GST

  2. 02

    Build

We build that workflow inside your own cloud, using AI only where it does a job that ordinary automation cannot.

Fixed price, set in the audit

  3. 03

    Run and advise

We keep it running, add the next workflow, and give you senior technology advice when you need it.

    Monthly, agreed up front

Approach

An audit that goes past the website

Anyone can point an AI tool at a website and call it an audit. We read the code, the cloud configuration, the integrations and the data, and we sit with the people who do the work. That is how the build price can be fixed, and how the automation ends up somewhere your security team is comfortable with.

Engineering
Plain automation first and AI only where it is needed, all of it tested before release.
Cloud
Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, set up to your security baseline rather than ours.
Security and privacy
Access limited to what each step needs, logs kept in your environment, privacy considered from the first day.
Process and people
The workflow is mapped with the people who run it, and they are trained to own it.

Recent work

Some of the work behind TAGD

We do not name clients. Most of this work was in secure or regulated environments.

An AI prototype for a state policing agency

A frontline workflow was taking about five hours per matter. The prototype prepared each step and an officer approved it.

Time per matter came down to about thirty minutes, with a record of what the system prepared and who approved it.

Cloud and security uplift in a regulated industry

A contract renewal was stuck behind a security review, with cloud, identity and process grown up separately.

The review closed within the engagement, with evidence for every control the team had been asked about.

Data quality review for a federal government programme

A twelve-month programme had slowed to a crawl because nobody agreed which records could be trusted.

Within four weeks the programme had a remediation path its own people believed in and could run.
